Job Description: As a Workforce Relations Specialist for John Deere located in Moline, IL, you will primarily focus on Human Resources (HR) policy and process report related activities. This will include work such as Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) process work, Conflict of Interest reporting, Employee Survey administration, Global Performance Management administration and Talent Planning reports.
