Job Description: Vanguard has an exciting new Manager; UHNW Client Case Representatives opportunity open in our Relationship Management team! You’ll implement and execute strong sales coaching strategies and develop manager leaders who oversee Vanguard’s UHNW Client Case Representatives. Job Responsibilities: Supports the development standards for the department to ensure the highest level of service. Ensures managed teams and other stakeholders meet Vanguard service level commitments. Oversees the resolution of staffing issues to maximize operational quality. Hires, evaluates, and supervises team. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures. Manages the development of relationships across Vanguard departments. Ensures interactions between departments are conducted according to Vanguard policies and regulatory requirements. Participates in the business planning process. Analyzes departmental statistics and prepares reports. Uses available data to monitor issues and measure business and operational success. Makes recommendations for service model enhancements. Develops and maintains expert-level knowledge of Vanguard funds, products, and services. Understands the overall Financial Services industry and related legal, tax, and regulatory issues to guide clients. Analyzes department and industry changes and their impact on client service operations. Job Requirements: This job requires a regulatory license and/or registration (e.g. FINRA, state, SFC). These will be determined by Compliance based on role-specific duties. Minimum of five years related work experience in the Financial Services industry. Three years experience in client services preferred. Supervisory experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
