Job Description: You’ll be working in the Quality Assurance team for Regulatory Transaction Reporting (RTR) area in London, which is part of UBS Investment Bank Operations. We’re principally responsible for providing Quality Assurance services for MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR and FinFRAG transaction reporting. Quality Assurance is an independent function that supports RTR in achieving its compliance objectives. We do this by assessing key processes as well as governance, risk management, and the control environment within UBS Investment Bank and Wealth Management and group functions globally. Job Responsibilities: build trust and strong working relationships with Business and Technology stakeholders support the design of AI/data analytics solution architecture and work with Business and Technologies stakeholders to come up with implementation roadmap develop, maintain and deploy data models and solutions with high performance, quality, and stability support the management of Regulatory Transaction Reporting (RTR) area to asses opportunities for AI/data analytics technologies and maximize value/impact of quality assurance (QA) function in RTR, as part of delivering RTR QA strategic vision for the next 5 years push forward the capabilities and performance of the team to strengthen and expand the service offering of the unit in alignment with business needs develop Proof of Concepts using AI/data analytics technology support AI/data analytics solution implementation and deployment develop machine learning solutions in classification to predict eligibility of reporting of transactions for a number of jurisdictions including MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR and FinFRAG. Compare eligibility decisions made by in-house reporting systems to identify discrepancies for further investigation Qualification & Experience: 2+ years of programming experience in one or more of the following: Python, R, Scala, C/C++, Matlab, PHP, Django, SQL/Postgres, Pytorch ASM, OpenCL, etc 2+ years of full-time experience working at a global tech or business consulting firm with a focus digital transformation and emerging technologies experience in setting up supervised & unsupervised learning models including data cleaning, data analytics, feature creation, model selection & ensemble methods, performance metrics & visualization strong knowledge and working experience with algorithms and models (Regression, Classification, Clustering) and their underlying computational and probabilistic statistics a strong team player and communicator, able to adapt and network across a global organization to work well with the team and to present well to stakeholders 2+ years experience building AI / machine learning solutions using common libraries and frameworks, i.e., Pandas, Sklearn, TensorFlow, SparkML, Pytorch, Keras, spaCy 2+ years experience in developing and training large data sets, both structured & unstructured 2+ years experience in designing and developing enterprise-scale AI / machine learning solutions using regression and classification models excellent statistical skills in applied regression, spatial and time series modeling exceptional academic track record with an advanced degree Job Details: Company: UBS Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: London, England, UK Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
