Job Description: The Mortgage Field Licensing Specialist will identify qualified sales force candidates and assist in licensure. Consistent growth in our mortgage licensed sales force is critical to the continued success of the program. During the onboarding process, you will be at the forefront of our sales representatives’ experience. Your conversations with sales force members should build their interest in growing their business through the Mortgage program. You will have significant contact with members of our sales force, hence interpersonal skills and a desire to be of assistance are critical to success. Job Responsibilities: Upon licensure, work to ensure representatives have necessary access to appropriate training modules, point of sale systems and portals Support the Licensing team as needed. These responsibilities could include contacting sales representatives and providing additional information as needed Communicate and respond to internal stakeholders (Branch Managers, MLO’s, Sales Directors) in a timely and professional manner Qualify each sales representative prior to inclusion into the program. This will include compliance checks, production qualifications, among other criteria Build relationships with Mortgage Loan Originators (“MLOs”) and Branch Managers Identify sales representatives from within our existing sales force for inclusion in the Mortgage Program Perform other related duties as required Become familiar with relevant systems Qualify and Coordinate Branch Managers, as well as assign sales reps to the appropriate Branch Job Requirements: Understanding of the Primerica hierarchy Excellent interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities Mortgage industry experience helpful, but not required Self-starter and highly motivated team player Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects Detail Oriented Qualification & Experience: Experience in developing client and field communications/presentations College degree preferred Job Details: Company: Primerica Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Functions: General Business Job Location: Lodi, NJ, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
