Job Description: Responsible to train, monitor and evaluate performance of employees, while ensuring company and customer service standards and policies are met. Job Responsibilities: Performs related duties as assigned Maintain training files/records of all employees in compliance Monitor and evaluate performance of all employees Provide direction to Quality Control personnel with regards to training related matters Schedule and perform recurrent training Audit and evaluate operations/colleagues for compliance Administer customer audits Perform Quality Assurance function, as required Develop training material and establish training programs as per standards Conduct initial training Prepare examinations and progress reports for initial and recurrent training programs Job Requirements: Excellent organizational skills, professionalism and autonomy Be able to pass security clearance (criminal background check) Valid RROC-Aeronautical Certificate Excellent verbal and written communication skills Obtain and maintain a valid airport RAIC and AVOP designation Possess a valid driver’s license Qualification & Experience: Minimum of three (3) years experience operating deicing High School Diploma or equivalent Computer systems : Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Access) and graphic programs Minimum of 1 year classroom instruction experience or 3 years On the Job (OJT) Trainer experience Supervisory experience in leading and directing large work groups, and evaluating performance, (unionized environment would be an asset) Knowledge of deicing and ramp procedures Job Details: Company: Swissport Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: New York, NY, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
