Job Description: As a Dealing, Custody and Services Manager, you’ll be managing the delivery of the Dealing & Custody Service through objectives, outsourced provider service reviews, stakeholder and relationship management, and governance forums, while monitoring performance and progress to ensure effective delivery and regulatory compliance. Job Responsibilities: Applying the highest standards of diligence and governance to make sure that the business area is compliant with regulatory outsourcing obligations and adhering to internal outsourcing policy and framework Acting as a point of escalation for all business area related issues Taking ownership of the outsourced services catalogue, managing the ongoing programme of changes that occur during the service lifecycle Producing, analysing and distributing comprehensive risk and accurate MI, including costs and assurance testing outputs to support management decision making Contributing to the strategic development and execution of new and existing product propositions to generate an increase in dealing and custody revenues, and maximise profitability Job Requirements: A strong understanding of global custody and safekeeping Relationship management experience, with a strong ability to challenge, influence and negotiate at all levels Proficient organisation skills to enable the effective governance, oversight, and management of the service catalogue and responsibilities associated with the job The ability to share specialist knowledge with others to aid their understanding and decision making An understanding of securities trading and global markets Job Details: Company: RBS Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Edinburgh, Scotland, UK Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
