Job Description: Recommend, lead and execute business analysis plans for new and existing projects Produce complex business process model flows (BPM flows) and translate those into business requirements Job Responsibilities: Produce entity relationship diagram based on business requirements and specifications Evaluate business requests and needs against the strategy Recognise and recommend opportunities for innovations Take ownership of initiatives and work independently to successful conclusion Maintain close partnerships with collaborating departments e.g. IT, Operations and Regulatory. Job Requirements: Minimum bachelor’s degree in business analyst or relevant discipline Experience in designing and documenting business/system process flows Business Analyst certificate Previous exposure to Customs Clearance is an advantage Very good analytical skills.
