Job Description: The Digital Product Owner role is a fast-paced position essential to transforming FedEx as Digital leader within the Prepare to Ship/Ship space. Job Responsibilities: Product Management: Develop a prioritized product / segment roadmap based on a solid fact-base in order to justify investments. Translate product performance and market trends into insights critical to influencing the portfolio/product strategy. Apply Agile/SAFe to develop the requirements needed to direct product enhancements. Use Data Analytics to identify and improve the customer experience. Selling Ideas: Influencing stakeholders across all level of the corporation to gain the support needed to accelerate execution of the portfolio/product strategy and business results. Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross functional stakeholders including executive management. Strategic Thinking: Assess customer needs and market/innovation trends to define a forward-looking product segment vision and actionable strategy. Apply critical thinking and innovation skills to identify transformational and disruption opportunities. Technical Alignment: Partner across the IT organization to define / prioritize the enterprise wide capabilities needed to implement the Online Shipping Portfolio. Organize milestone reviews, demo the solution and communicate team status to stakeholders. Collaborate and solve problems in a team-oriented environment. Actively participate in customer testing of features that have been executed. Facilitate requirement modeling sessions with various stakeholders to understand their needs and translate those into executable user stories. Manage requirement dependencies with other teams while negotiating and reprioritizing as appropriate. Job Requirements: Digital User Design and/or Design Thinking experience Industrial / Software Engineering Degree Digital / Software Product Management Agile, SAFE methodologies MBA Ability to assess new technologies and capabilities fit into a product strategy Conducting market and competitive research Digital Analytics / SQL International Shipping Supply Chain Management Qualification & Experience: Three (3) years experience in a digital marketing or digital product management environment or demonstrated knowledge gained through coursework or work experience in digital product management, and technology support. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or related business discipline.
