Job Description: KPMG is currently seeking a Solutions Compliance Administrator to join our Global Information Technology Group which is part of KPMG International. Job Responsibilities: Act as SME on APM (application portfolio management) requirements, and ensure that all required fields are properly filled out; work across groups to maintain compliance Create reports for leadership through analysis and strategic presentations, suggest and execute process improvements based on current export control operational activities Analyze Open Export Control forms in addition to non-compliance queue using judgement and knowledge of regulatory requirements to assess risk; assess non-compliant portfolio and make suggestions for escalation paths Help manage the Open Source Software approval process and follow-up with technical personnel to submit open/parked items and follow-up on requests Analyze the root-cause issues of export control and open source governance escalations to implement appropriate controls to reduce non-compliance Oversee and follow-up with technical personnel on open export control forms to help ensure compliance with regulator and build relationships with various levels of stakeholders to help ensure compliance Qualification & Experience: Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and ability to prioritize assignments Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university Excellent customer relationship skills, analytical ability, and oral and written communication skills Minimum two years of recent working experience; business expertise preferable in a professional services firm Proficient with MS Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Solid compliance experience with export control, open source, and/or privacy a plus Job Details: Company: KPMG US Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Philadelphia, PA, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
