Job Description: Publix is seeking a Systems Analyst who will play a key role interacting with feature development and architecture teams to maintain a performant, reliable, and scalable e-commerce platform. As a member of this Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team, you will proactively monitor a large e-commerce platform, work with feature development teams to ensure SLO adherence, and participate in 24x7 support rotation. Members of this SRE team are expected to interpret SLI metrics, provide guidance to feature development teams on how to meet/exceed SLOs, and report on the effectiveness of implemented recommendations. On this team we are seeking a technical candidate with strong analytical, engineering, and problem-solving skills as well as strong interpersonal communication skills. The most suitable candidate will be able to communicate effectively with management, peers and various development teams.
