Job Description: The Assistant Store Manager - Merchandising drives sales growth by overseeing the product lifecycle and has a primary duty of management, actively directing and managing direct reports. Assistant Store Manager - Merchandising is also responsible for the overall floorset process to ensure product is available and merchandised on the sales floor in a visually compelling way. Job Responsibilities: Assumes total store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager and is a partner in the strategic planning of short and long term goals Leading the sales floor while assigned to the role of the Customer Sales Lead (CSL) Responsible for the overall appearance and presentation of seasonal merchandising strategies through brand guide planning, mapping, and execution Assists the Store Manager in the overall management of the store Maintains and updates floor plan and fixture block leveraging the Digital Brand Guide and fixture database Maintaining a focus on bras as the premier product differentiator, to build loyalty and support our "Best at Bras" culture Delivering top line sales results and growing the business through business insight to action Building customer loyalty through current brand strategies, including credit (US only) and customer relationship marketing Leverages visual merchandising filters to create sell down strategies and impact decision making Creating emotionally engaging customer experiences, consistent with the brand vision Job Requirements: Schedule flexibility that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-business hours Demonstrates excellent visual merchandising skills Previous experience leading leaders and teams preferred Demonstrates business acumen with strong strategic and analytical skills Demonstrates ability to manage complex and competing priorities through time management and organizational skills Demonstrates ability to improve customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty Proven ability to effectively delegate, follow up and communicate with all levels of the organization Proven ability to assess talent, coach, develop and manage performance Job Details: Company: Victoria's Secret Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Oakland, CA, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
