Job Description: As a mid-level Professional in Fixed Asset Accounting, the successful candidate will manage and reconcile Aerospace fixed asset activity for US and Canadian sites. Working in a team environment, the individual will develop the knowledge and experience to reconcile and manage fixed asset transactions. The team continually evaluates our standard processes, so there are many opportunities to contribute to improvements and demonstrate technical skills. Job Responsibilities: Manage the fixed asset process for Aerospace sites Share knowledge and ensure consistency as we bring additional site support under the Phoenix RFC. Track deliverables, monitor and present to stakeholders on the progress of capital projects Define tasks, required resources, project plans, define project scope and deliverables, allocate resources to implement manage and complete projects related to capital projects Think Globally, work closely with support teams, and other regions Seek methods to enhance overall efficiency and performance Evaluate and assess result of capital projects Implement and manage change when necessary to meet team goals Work cross-functionally inside and outside the RFC Conduct financial due diligence and apply accounting procedures while also gathering and analyzing data Job Requirements: Overall knowledge of the RFC processes Self motivated, self-starter, detail and results oriented individual Works well under pressure, with a sense of urgency, strong time management and prioritization skills Demonstrated excellent teamwork qualities in a diverse and demanding environment Due to defense contract related work, must be a U.S. Citizen Strong problem solving and organization skills Qualification & Experience: Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance SAP experience 2+ years of directly related accounting/financial analysis experience 2+ years of demonstrated Microsoft office skills Job Details: Company: Honeywell Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Phoenix, AZ, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
